CTE Remote Contact Information

While working remotely, CTE staff will be available in accordance with the following guidelines.

Online Availability:

All full-time CTE staff will be available online (through email and mobile phone) during normal business hours (Mon – Fri from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.); we will respond to email and voicemail within 24 hours (but typically much sooner). Our contact information is listed below.

We will also be available for live online audio/video consultations through Microsoft Teams.

On-campus Office Hours (for emergencies only):

Although most CTE staff will be working from home during the fall semester, in the event of an emergency or urgent need, we can be available on campus for in-person assistance. Please note that email / phone / online meetings are highly preferred during this time due to both efficiency and safety (the ongoing need for social distancing) and that you will need to schedule an in-person appointment at least 24 hours in advance in order to make sure that we can make arrangements to come to campus. If you have an urgent need for a face-to-face meeting, contact whomever you wish to meet and request an in-person appointment, or use the CTE phone number or email address below to ask for general assistance.
